To provide meaningful and supportive conversations, Mellow uses a secure, Cortex-powered intelligence system. This process may involve sending limited, human-readable and non-human-readable data to our servers:

- Mellow's memory: A summarized copy of this data would be securely kept on servers
- Partial conversation data: Certain portions of ongoing chats (in human-readable & non-human-readable format) may be processed by our servers to enhance reasoning and responses. This data is automatically deleted once the conversation ends. If left open, it will expire within 7 days.

- We never keep your data longer than required.
- We will never share your data with third parties, nor use it for AI training, fine-tuning, or unrelated purposes.
